1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the beti baazi platform, website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

beti baazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an effective date clearly indicated. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

These Terms should be read alongside beti baazi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and beti baazi.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the beti baazi Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. beti baazi operates an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, either through beti baazi's own Responsible Gaming programme or through any external responsible gambling scheme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of beti baazi or any of its associated companies, game providers, or technology partners.

beti baazi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction or permanent closure. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or utility bill issued within the last three months.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one registered account on the beti baazi Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you already hold an account and have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset facility rather than creating a new account.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, active mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beti baazi Login credentials, including your username and password. beti baazi strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) or OTP-based verification where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact beti baazi support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

beti baazi will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to you reporting a security breach will be treated as having been authorised by you.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

beti baazi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal, after reaching certain cumulative transaction thresholds, or at any time at beti baazi's discretion. Accepted identification documents for Bangladesh-based players include the National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, and recent bank statements or utility bills for address verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

beti baazi processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. No international currency conversion fees are applied by beti baazi. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which beti baazi accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's account within three minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.

beti baazi reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms. Deposited funds are not entitled to interest and are held solely for the purpose of facilitating gameplay on the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days for accounts that have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the beti baazi support team. beti baazi reserves the right to apply additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.

Players must wager their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Players who attempt to withdraw deposited funds without meeting the minimum wagering requirement may have their withdrawal request declined until the requirement is satisfied.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

beti baazi maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. beti baazi reserves the right to report any transaction or account activity to the appropriate authorities where it has reasonable grounds to suspect financial crime. The Platform will never be used as a vehicle for money laundering, and any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and full cooperation with law enforcement.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

beti baazi offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL seasons. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is any conflict.

Bonuses are awarded to eligible players at beti baazi's sole discretion. beti baazi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit any promotion — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts closed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. As a general guide, wagering requirements on beti baazi bonuses typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the type of offer. Only eligible game categories contribute towards wagering requirements; some games (such as certain live casino tables) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to the player's account, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Any unmet wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity & RNG Certification

All casino games available on the beti baazi Platform — including slots, table games, and virtual games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 6.2 Live Casino

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting any game or betting market, beti baazi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this principle applies across all game types. beti baazi accepts no liability for losses or missed winnings resulting from connectivity issues, device failures, or interruptions to the player's internet service.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the beti baazi Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false identity, age, or address information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in Platform software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions with payment providers after funds have been used for wagering.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing beti baazi staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, if you are aware of such a prohibition.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by beti baazi

beti baazi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, repeated bonus abuse, underage gambling, money laundering suspicion, or regulatory requirement. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their beti baazi account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected] or via 24/7 live chat. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be assessed. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the beti baazi Responsible Gaming team, typically within a few hours of the request being received. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to access their account, and beti baazi will make reasonable efforts to suppress promotional communications. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. beti baazi reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to the balance of dormant accounts, following written notice to the email address registered on the account. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or to close their account and withdraw any remaining balance if they no longer wish to use the Platform.
